Collection: Fused Glass

a family effort

These pendants, cufflinks, earrings and magnets are a combined effort between myself, my sister & my late mother. They were made in our family workshop and fired in mum’s pottery kiln.

Each item was created using multiple, hand-cut pieces of Bullseye art glass arranged in layers to form unique designs. Brass, copper, sterling silver or 24-carat gold were included in some items as part of the layering process. After transfer to the kiln shelf, the pieces were fused and annealed with continuous monitoring of the kiln temperature during critical heating/cooling stages.
